I started this Marketing Technology blog to share my perspective on the dynamic shift within the marketing landscape towards adopting and enabling innovative and agile technologies and methodologies. This has resulted in the curation of “Marketing Technology”, a natural hybrid between the governance and scalability of Information Technology and the speed, creativity and freedom of the Marketing world. I usually write about the evolution of Marketing Technology and its broader landscape, transformation of marketing technology from operations to innovation and the need for driving convergence at the most fundamental levels in an organization to drive omni-channel consumer experiences.

As the global head, I created and now manage the global marketing technology organization responsible for the vision, strategy, development and global deployment of all digital capabilities across KC’s consumer and B2B business; this includes Global eCommerce & Omni-Channel Experiences, Big Data & Analytics, Media and Content, CRM, Mobile, Social, Mission Control & Agile Methodology as well as driving innovation within the Global Digital Innovation Lab that leverages a network of start ups, incubators and VCs, ultimately driving towards $5Bn in eCommerce sales.

Prior to this, he spent over 12 years @SapientNitro leading digital marketing engagements for brands like Coca Cola, Unilever, ESPN XGames, Mars, Citibank, Chrysler, FIAT Abarth, Motorola, Burger King & others.

I completed my Masters in Computer Science prior to starting my career @ SapientNitro in 2001. I live in Miami, FL with my wife & daughter, practices Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism, is a disciple of Daisaku Ikeda. I am an amateur tennis player, wanted to play cricket for my country at one point in my life and have picked up Golf as my latest passion.
